James Kernan will bring relevant information to anyone at entry level, journeyman, manager, or engineer. I will help bridge the knowledge gaps from the shop floor through to top management.
Customer needs may include a changing workforce, e.g.: new employees, retiring senior technical expertise or post-COVID transition, anyone needing a refresh or complete update of technical expertise to maintain production turn around and quality.
My offerings include virtual and voice remote support, on-site consulting, Nadcap® or other audit support, Process Parameter or Technique Sheet review, core training with customized training courses, peening process optimization to save costs and increase throughput, review all operations surrounding the peening process and promote improvements/cost reduction.
