I am flexible with communicating the information and support you need in-person or virtually by the method that works best for you: phone, text, email, WhatsApp, Signal, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, virtual, in-person, etc.

In-Person Support

Travel to your facility is no problem to be on-site as soon as possible for an hourly rate plus travel costs and per diem expenses. We will work together to make the visit as cost productive as possible. Sometimes a combination of in-person and remote support will achieve an acceptable balance.

  • I have performed pre-audits for automotive and aerospace suppliers.
  • Provided Shot Peening Training Level 1 and Level 2 on-site.
  • Trained single personnel and entire crews for Rotary Flap Peening at customers’ locations.

Remote Support

Many customers have been choosing virtual support to save travel costs.

  • I have successfully provided Operator training online via Microsoft Teams and the training manual to get their new rotary flap peening process going.
  • I have walked through issues over the phone with photos and documents through text and email.
  • I have presented information online via Microsoft Teams for shot peening process development for engineers having issues with intensity and coverage.
  • I have supported aircraft flight line issues using Signal’s video call.
  • I have reviewed process documents for compliance with Nadcap® checklists.
  • I have provided root cause analysis and corrective actions for NCRs.
  • I have developed a Standard Operating Procedure, Training and all the documents required to start up a shot peening job shop to meet several OEM peening specifications, AMS2430TM and Nadcap® Surface Enhancement checklists.
  • I have the potential to translate the training material into other languages.
